Core Principles
Clear boundaries and honest commitments
SENK CORE / 03Clear boundaries and honest commitments
Workfit chooses clear boundaries over short-term exaggeration. Reducing uncertainty and accumulating trust takes time, but I believe a sustainable long-term business is ultimately built on that foundation.
Taking a measured view of artificial intelligence
I want to clearly distinguish what artificial intelligence can actually do from what it should not do.
AI is an important technology, and it has already changed how many companies work and produce. But apart from technological progress, I believe the most important value of a product that earns long-term trust is honesty.
Explain clearly what can be done. Do not exaggerate what cannot yet be guaranteed. Stop clearly in front of boundaries that should not be crossed. That, to me, is the most responsible way to handle technology.
Workfit’s principles are simple. We do not sacrifice clarity to appear smarter, blur boundaries to appear more innovative, or make promises beyond our real capability for short-term attention.
What we hope to be seen as is not a flashy technology company, but a company that builds trustworthy systems: one that treats rules seriously, respects user choice, and takes responsibility for the consequences its system judgments may create.
The essence of the matching engine is not to generate unpredictable outcomes. It is to reduce uncertainty and help users make better judgments. The system must therefore be stable, the judgment process must be explainable, and the results must be verifiable at any time.
Trust is the most important asset
The smaller the organization, the less room it has to waste trust.
That is why Workfit clarifies boundaries instead of inflating expectations. It performs what should be done responsibly and draws a clear line around what should not be done. It distinguishes what technology can handle from what users must judge for themselves, and respects that boundary.
This attitude may sometimes look conservative. But in the long run, trust is built not by bold promises, but by consistent responsibility.
Workfit chooses more accurate commitments over a larger story. Over time, we hope to prove that this is the more sustainable and responsible way.
