WorkFit Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to WorkFit.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WorkFit platform, including mobile applications, websites, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”).
By using WorkFit, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
WorkFit is a matching and fulfillment coordination platform, not:
- an employment agency
- a labor broker
- or a party to any employment contract
The platform facilitates:
Request → Matching → Relationship → Fulfillment
All employment decisions are made solely by users.
3. Account and Eligibility
You may use the Service if you:
- are legally capable of entering into agreements
- provide accurate and up-to-date information
You must NOT:
- share or transfer your account
- impersonate others
- use false information
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Roles
WorkFit supports two primary roles:
Employer
- Creates requests
- Reviews candidates
- Initiates invitations (offers)
Worker
- Receives invitations
- Accepts or rejects offers
- Performs fulfillment
All actions must follow system rules and constraints.
5. Service Flow (Core Contract)
All interactions must follow:
Request → Echo → Relationship → Fulfillment
Prohibited:
- Direct assignment without matching
- Skipping relationship creation
- Circumventing system gates
6. Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant WorkFit a limited license to:
- store
- process
- display
- distribute within the Service
We will NOT use your content outside the platform without consent.
7. Platform Rules
You agree NOT to:
- violate laws or regulations
- infringe on others’ rights
- post harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- attempt to manipulate matching outcomes
- use automated systems (bots, scraping, etc.)
Violation may result in:
- content removal
- account suspension
- permanent termination
8. Matching and Decision Responsibility
WorkFit provides:
- candidate suggestions
- explainable matching results
However:
- WorkFit does NOT guarantee outcomes
- WorkFit does NOT guarantee suitability
- All decisions are made by users

9. Relationship and Fulfillment
A “Relationship” represents a potential or confirmed engagement.
States include:
CANDIDATE → OFFERED → ACCEPTED → CHECKED_IN → COMPLETED
Rules:
- Only matched candidates can be invited
- Accepted relationships represent real commitments
- Users are responsible for honoring commitments
10. Fees and Payments
WorkFit may charge fees based on:
- decision actions (e.g., invitation / slot usage)
- subscription plans
Fees are:
- clearly disclosed before action
- non-refundable unless explicitly stated
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted operation
- error-free performance
We may:
- modify features
- suspend services
- discontinue parts of the platform
with reasonable notice where possible.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- violate these Terms
- misuse the platform
- create risk to other users or the system
Upon termination:
- your data may be deleted according to Privacy Policy
- some records may be retained for legal compliance
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
WorkFit is NOT liable for:
- user-to-user interactions
- employment outcomes
- indirect or consequential damages
We are only responsible for damages caused by our direct fault.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Korean civil procedure laws.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms.
- Minor changes: notified via service
- Major changes: notified in advance
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
